We aim at building a "refrigerator type" fuel tank, Automatic production modes, such as laser blanking automatic robot bending, automatic box edge assembly, and robotic welding of corrugated oil tank are adopted. The processes are transferred through the conveyor line and AGV, The MES intelligent manufacturing production system and ERP order management are implemented, and the whole life cycle of the products is tracked through informatization and digitalization.
